1. What GT Your Life is — and isn't

GT Your Life is an independent aggregator and directory of real-world vehicle listings, aftermarket parts, shops, and driving events, presented with a retro arcade-styled interface. We are not a car dealer, broker, auction house, lender, repair shop, or event organizer, and we are not a party to any transactionbetween you and a seller, store, shop, or organizer. Listings, parts, specifications, prices, and "Value" figures come from third parties or public sources and are provided for convenience.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live).
• You may sign in with a third-party provider (e.g. Google). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access secure.
• You may delete your account and saved builds at any time; doing so removes your stored data as described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Listings, parts & third-party content

We do not create, verify, endorse, or guarantee third-party listings, parts, prices, availability, condition, fitment, specifications, or any other information. All such content is provided "AS IS". Always verify details with the original source and inspect any vehicle or part before purchase. 4. User content (saved & shared builds)

You may create "builds" and choose to make them public and shareable. You retain ownership of content you submit, and you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute it for the purpose of operating the Service. You represent that your content does not infringe others' rights or violate law. You must not submit content that is infringing, unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, or that names a build to impersonate a brand or imply an endorsement. We may remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't scrape, harvest, or bulk-download the Service or its data.
• Don't interfere with, overload, or attempt to bypass the security of the Service.
• Don't use the Service to facilitate illegal activity, including illegal street racing.
• Don't misrepresent your affiliation with any person, brand, or entity.

6. Vehicles, parts & driving

Vehicle modifications may affect safety, warranty, insurance, emissions, and street legality, and some parts are sold for competition or off-road use only. Motorsport and spirited driving are inherently dangerous and belong on sanctioned tracks or closed courses — never public roads. 7. Intellectual property

The Service's original design, artwork, wordmark, and code are owned by us or our licensors. Manufacturer names, model names, and logos belong to their owners and are used for reference only; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any manufacturer, dealer, platform, or game publisher. 8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM A TRANSACTION, LISTING, PART, MODIFICATION, EVENT, OR DRIVING ACTIVITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law.
